3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our team via phone or WhatsApp. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on arrival. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a nominal charge. Please confirm the cancellation policy for your specific booking at the time of reservation.

5. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle type, group size, route, and duration. Final pricing will be confirmed during the booking process.

6. Vehicle & Driver

All vehicles are driven by experienced local drivers. Andaman Miles is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Drivers follow all local traffic regulations.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification, adhering to local regulations at tourist sites, and following the driver's safety instructions. Entry fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Andaman Miles shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or vehicle breakdowns despite regular maintenance.
